M.Barbisotti & Sons Ltd (MBS Ltd) is a General Building & Civil Engineering Contractor and Developer based in Accra, Ghana with a history of over 60 years of construction experience.MBS Ltd have constructed and developed many well-known developments in Ghana including Education facilities, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial Projects, Mining Projects and Luxury Residences.MBS Ltd are committed to providing our clients with premium quality projects on time, within budget and without conflict.             We pride ourselves on being a family company with a non-confrontational approach to all our projects which has ensured many repeat projects with previous clients.

MBS Ltd keep abreast of industry trends to ensure we follow the most up to date technology to improve our Construction Standards and the end product delivered to the client.MBS Ltd have the capabilities to design and build projects to offer the Client a straight forward “turn key” approach without the headache of managing multiple consultants, whereby MBS Ltd work under a single contract to complete all project stages from detail engineering design through to construction and handover of the keys.  MBS Ltd has been able to diversify and improve its own Core-business. This has been possible with the establishment of various satellite companies under the framework and general management of MBS Ltd with the intent to have more control of the present constructive demands, without relying heavily on external supply.

This group of satellite companies include a plant for the production of pre-cast slabs for buildings (Predal Systems), a company for the manufacturing of aluminium doors and windows systems (Alco Ltd.) and “IBS group”; a landscape company that creates gardens, green areas, recreational areas and pools.MBS also has a large fleet of heavy plant and equipment including tower cranes, batching plants, excavators, mixer trucks, tipper trucks etc to enable it to be self-sufficient plant supplier for the construction of MBS Ltd projects. MBS have also developed solid relationships and long-term strategic partnerships within the construction industry to further develop the MBS brand.
