Our vision is to continue to “set standards” in the construction industry through the provision of innovative, sustainable construction solutions that exceed our client’s expectations, and are delivered to the highest level of integrity, quality and safety, within budget and on or ahead of schedule.

We are gradually entering into Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Financing (EPC+F) contracts and see these as the way forward in securing funding and definitive ownership / transfer of all design and construction risks for the Client under one point of control with the Contractor.

EPC Contracts are project finance documents that establish a contractual framework between the owner and contractor that transfers all design and construction risk to the contractor. Their efficacy in managing risk makes EPC Contracts the construction contract of choice for project financings.
